CAVETTÉ Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odour, make-up transfer, or tampering will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
To start a return, please email returns@cavette.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every CAVETTÉ piece undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch.
Each item is photographed, checked for defects, and packaged by hand to ensure it leaves our studio in perfect condition.
This process allows us to verify the condition of all garments before shipping, ensuring any damage or wear occurring after delivery cannot be claimed as a manufacturing fault.
We take these measures to protect the integrity of our brand and our customers — every order reflects the standard of CAVETTÉ.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue.
Our team will assess and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label for inspection.
If confirmed as faulty, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Any damage found to be caused by wear, misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where an error was made on our part.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Limited Release, or Collaboration Pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items not received.
